Each walk will begin with a morning stretch to wake up our walking muscles, prepare walkers for the day to come and bring awareness to movement. Mid-walk and at the end of the each day, we will include additional stretching. These group classes include principles rooted in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Qigong and physical therapy.

Meals and Transportation

All meals and transportation during the walking experience are included. Allergy-friendly options will be available by request.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE WOMEN

We seek women who are passionate about sharing the benefits of walking, community and the stories and landscapes specific to their region who would like to contract with Kasanna. We seek folks who have superb communication capabilities, can stay calm and grounded in heightened situations, and love to craft engaging experiences. We aren’t about speed or distance; Kasanna Walks embraces the enjoyment of being together and appreciating our surroundings even if that means we have to change our plans last minute to make more room for our pace.
