Questions You May Have
We do our best to provide guests with all relevant information upon registration. We host a zoom call prior to every walk for guests to meet the team, fellow walkers and, ask any unanswered questions. Below are some of the most common questions we are asked:
How can I pay for my trip? Can I pay in installments?
We accept PayPal (credit card), Venmo, and Zelle. A $500 deposit is expected and installments are ok - full payment is expected before at least 2 weeks before the trip.
We are traveling as a group, is there a group discount?
Please reach out to us individually. At this time, we haven't created group rates but we're open.
What's a Multi-Day Pass?
For folks who prefer to find their own accommodations or who live nearby to an experience, we offer a Multi-Day Pass that only includes the guided walk + the movement classes plus any specific additions that seem important for the complete experience. We are not currently offering single day options.
Can I join for a partial trip?
You're welcome to join as many days of an experience as you wish or opt out of a walk or activity, however we don't offer any discounts for anyone choosing to opt out. The full fee is still expected.
Can only women join?
We are inclusive and welcome all women. Women-only walks create a safe space for solo female travelers or small groups of women seeking a safe space to travel freely. We do plan to offer family walks/experiences in the future.
Will we have time to ourselves during our Kasanna Experience?
Yes! Every day there will be down time and it will also always be an option to opt out of a specific walk or activity, including meals.
Do I have to join the movement classes/demos?
Your itinerary may be personalized with your preferences, however we highly recommend you join our functional movement specialist for her guided stretches to avoid injury and increase your comfort both during and after our walks. We have attended other group walks where this level of support was not offered and unfortunately injuries could have been avoided. Most guest report how happy they were to receive the movement tips!
Can I attend if I have an injury?
In most cases, we can support all walkers in joining us. Please reach out to us with questions for our guide.
Can I bring my baby? My dog? My husband?
Unless it's a family walk or a mother's walk, dependents aren't able to join you for the experience, however with a Day Pass, you can enjoy accommodations with your family.
